Hello,
In starting this blog, I'm posting images of my home work area so you get a feel of part of  my creative space.

I converted our spare bedroom into a framing/office area.
I frame a great deal of my own work and offer custom framing to those living near us.
The painting area, where my easels are, was the dining room.  I hang inspirational verses and images from favorite artists here to inspire me when working.
LOCATION!  LOCATION! LOCATION! This workspace is the first thing I see when leaving our bedroom in the morning.

It's so important to work with what you've got. I'm inspired with how you are using your home to support your art. I've known several people who built very expensive studios and never used them; it's sort of like the "precious canvas" syndrome. It's better to work with what you've got.
